This deck focuses on very low-cost cards, allowing you to cycle your hand very quickly. Since the cards are heavily weighted towards characters and states, you can also get a lot of your own cards smoked very quickly. This is a great setup for beefing up the Darkness Adept.

It is not unreasonable to play a site, a foundation, and two other cards on the first turn. If the foundation is a Test Subjects, he'll probably get a Fusion Rifle plus a Helix Rethread on the opponent's character. If it is a Darkness Priestess, she will probably get a Fire Sled and/or Claws or Darkness and/or an Amulet of the Turtle. If this character survives to the second turn, that makes for a lot of cards to beef up the second turn Darkness Adept.

Despite the high-speed card cycling and small deck, you should be able to keep from running out of cards too quickly by reusing your states with the Spirit Poles and your Abominations with the Reinvigoration Processes.

This deck's record isn't so hot, but it appears to have potential. The first game I played, I won by burning one site each on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th turns! Unfortunately, it hasn't fared that well in the subsequent games. It tends to stall out pretty quickly, and doesn't have much long-term potential. My choices now are to either beef up the resiliency or to sacrifice the little existing resiliency in favor of even greater speed.
