| The Dark Futuron engineers were insistent on keeping the original plant and drive systems from the ship, as it is critical for the ship to look to sensors exactly like a Blacktron ship. To maximize speed, should the ship be discovered, the engine systems are very carefully tuned before every mission. It's not much of an edge, though, as the Blacktrons are very good about maintaining their ships as well. | |
