The Glimmer of Hope's crew included two maintenance mechs. The black one is a PolyTech Industries Model 2H, with one big right arm for heavy work and a split left arm for complex work. Its spotlight is on a swinging mount so that it can be moved out of the way when not needed. These aging bots were known for erratic behavior if not mem-wiped at least once a year. The blue one is a much newer MaintMech CG. It features secondary arms on the backs of the shoulders that are used mostly for holding tools while the primary arms are busy. |
