Promo Cards
If you are lucky, you may have managed to get your hands on some of the promotional cards. These don't come in packs, though Deadalus and Z-Man have both provided multiple ways to obtain them. For those who haven't been able to get their hands on the cards, I present them here.

See Shadowfist.com for details on how to get current promos.

Flashpoint
With Flashpoint came Shadowfist's first promo card, the White Ninja. When that set came out, Deadalus offered this card primarily through a coupon in the back of the Player's Guide. You could also get the card by cornering one of the design staff and beating them in a duel. We were lucky to have José around in the Seattle area. Many of you may have found him at conventions.

Throne War
Throne War brings 4 new promo cards. The White Ninja returns- her text uses the newer font, the coloration is slightly different, and the set symbol is a Shadowfist instead of a Blue Spear. Otherwise she is the same as she was in Flashpoint. Open a Can of Whupass and Once and Future Champion are two all-new promo cards. Finally, there is a slightly modified version of the new Sting of the Scorpion. For game purposes, this card is identical to the Year of the Dragon version of the card that appears in the Ascended deck.

Netherworld II
Netherworld 2 has 5 cards in the promo section, but they aren't all playable cards. A new Nine Cuts replaces the White Ninja as a tournament/demo giveaway card. You also get him along with The Junkyard and The Eastern King in the first issue of the Secret War Society newsletter. The other two cards are Silver Band (just like the original Silver Band card, but with different art) and "Who Wants Some". This card is an oddity, and is not to be confused with the Throne War Dragons card "Who Wants Some?".

The Netherworld II rare sheet has 1 Junkyard, 1 Silver Band, 2 each of Who Wants Some and Nine Cuts, and 4 Eastern Kings. For reference, there are also 2 copies of each regular rare from the set.

Shaolin Showdown
Shaolin Showdown has 6 promo cards. Primus, Elephant Gun, Dragon Boat Festival, and "Time to Kick Ass!" all came with the Secret Society newsletter. The others, Sword of the Master and Katie Kincaid, are a little harder to come by.
