Modular Cargo Transport

The Modular Cargo Transport is one of the oldest small cargo haulers utilized by the Space Corps. It is a simple ship, utilizing a spine-styled body with the cockpit at one end and the engines at the other. Running the length of the spine itself are sockets that allow universal cargo units to snap in. It is shown here with a fairly typical load- various sizes of flatbed modules. It is often deployed alongside one or more Space Cruisers. The Transport may not have an enclosed cargo area, but its capacity more than makes up for it when hauling less precious cargo. It is also a much less expensive ship, in a similar price range as the Space Transport
